Tap Hammers

Besides those recommended by the FAA in AC43-13, can someone tell me where I can find some tap hammers?

Is there a vendor that sells tap hammers? For metal bonds? For composites?

I remember using a very dense (steel) one inch head and three inch lever arm with a yellow plastic handle. Who makes this?

Thank you.

Re: Tap Hammers
Hi Ron,

Basically you may manufacture it according to aircraft manufacturer recomendations in case of a hand held mechanical tapping, however if you eould like an electronic equipment you may look for the woodpecker manufacturer by mitsui in Japan

Best Regards
RF
