High temperature u/s transducer

We urgently need to source transducers (50+) for a permanent thickness monitoring application.

The devices must be capable of operating at 250C whilst bonded to the stainless steel piping of interest. The entirety will be lagged and left un-maintained or inspected for at least 12 months!

Centre frequency would be at least 3.5MHz but not higher than 5MHz, wideband, high resolution - capable of measuring down to 1.75mm or less ideally.

We need off the shelf product - not the predeicted result of research please!

please contact the companies ETALON (http://www.etaloninc.com) and ULTRAN (http://www.ultranlabs.com). Both companies manufacture high-temperature NDT-probes for testing at continuous temperatures of more than 300° C.
