Material testing with impact loading

Hello!
I'm looking for to make the relationship with researchers dealing with
experimental or theoretical investigations on viscoelastic materials
(rubber, polymer, plastic and so on). Especially the investigations
of mechanical properties of such materials under impact (or any other
kind of high deformations) are interested.
Please write me at: sergei.v.tsarik@iaph.bas-net.by
Sincerely Sergei TSARIK.
