1. Responsible for Post Weld Heat Treatment :
1.1 Determine What need heat treatment or not from the isometric according to the Code Requirements and Client Specification
1.2 Review the Dimension of spool if it possible to put it inside the furnace or not “sometimes we fabricate the spools in two parts to put it into the furnace and after finish we make the last joint in this spool local ”
1.3 Make planning for the heat treatment what will be done local or furnace and discuss with the production to arrange it without any delay.
1.4 Review The Charts.

2. Responsible for Calibration :
2.1 Make Calibration for all welding machine.
2.2 Make Calibration for all Portable welding electrode oven and the main welding electrode oven.
2.3 Make annual planning for all equipment that needs to be calibrated “Internal and External”
2.4 Make Calibration Certificate for welding machine and Electrode Oven
2.4 Review all external calibration certificates

3. Responsible for Ultrasonic Test :
3.1 Make Ultrasonic Test according to the Code Requirements and Client Specification ”UT Procedure”.
3.2 Determine if it possible to make scan or not according geometrical of the joint and make a sketch shows the
3.3 Fabricated Ultrasonic ASME Calibration Block according ASMEV
3.4 Prepare the joints that make by third party and Review Reports

4. Responsible for Hardness Test :
4.1. Make hardness Test according to the Code Requirements and Client Specification

5. Responsible for PMI “Positive Material Identification” :
5.1. Make PMI according to the Client Specification
5.2. Make PMI reports

6. Other :
6.1. Make Thickness Reports
6.2. Witness on PQR and take all reading “Amps-Volt-Travel Speed-Heat Input-number of passes” and ensure that the welder follow the proposal WPS
6.3 Make all NDT Reports and review all Reports and films for "RT"
6.4 Make Check Dimension and Visual Inspection According Isometric Drawing
