ITE Group Plc is appointed as official organiser of Non-Destructive Testing and Diagnostics exhibition, which will take place in Ekaterinburg alongside the 17th Russian scientific-technological conference, devoted to 100th anniversary of Mikhail N.Mikheev - corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences, an outstanding scientist in the field of physical methods for non-destructive testing, one of the founders of Academy of science in the Urals, who headed the Institute of Physics of Metals (RAS, Urals Branch) for more than fifty years.
NDT URAL exhibition will take place 6-9 September 2005, at Urals State Technical University, with support of the Urals Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics Society, the Goverment of the Sverdlovsk district, the National Testing and Welding Association, the Institute of Engineering Science (RAS, Urals Branch), the Institute of Physics of Metals (RAS, Urals Branch).
The choice of the event organiser is not accidental - since 2002 ITE has been organising the leading exhibition for non-destructing testing equipment and devices NDT RUSSIA, which takes place annually in Moscow and became one of the biggest event in Europe for NDT specialists to meet the NDT users from all over Russia and CIS countries. (In 2005 NDT RUSSIA will be held in Olympiysky complex on 17-20 May 2005).
