Non-Destructive Testing Group Poised for Growth
ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 1 — Carestream Health, Inc.—an independent company with more than 8,100 employees serving tens of thousands of customers in 150 countries—announced that Eastman Kodak Company’s former Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) group it is officially operating as part of Carestream Health.
Last January, Onex Corporation announced its intentions to acquire Kodak’s Health Group, which included the Non-Destructive Testing business. Now that the purchase is complete, the Health Group is doing business as Carestream Health. “This is a tremendous opportunity for us to grow our business and serve customers as no other company can," said Martin Graen, General Manager of Carestream Health’s Non-Destructive Testing group. “Our customer-focused technology roadmaps are delivering innovative new digital systems and services across industrial markets.
