Machine Protect Package For continuous on-line vibration monitoring of critical machines

MISTRAS Products & Systems72, Princeton Junction, NJ, USA

Our Machine Protect package is for continuous on-line vibration monitoring of critical machines. The 6050 accelerometer is mounted on the machine bearing, providing a signal that can be brought back to the vibration monitor for a digital readout. The VM500V is more than just a vibration monitor. It has dual relays to shut down the machine for machine protection, 4-20mA output that allows a control room to monitor the machine at a distance and trend amplitudes over time, and buffered dynamic output for FFT vibration analysis by a portable analyzer.
