New Requirements in NAS410 Rev. 4

Draper NDT, Hesperia, MI, USA

The latest revision of NAS410 was released a few weeks ago. Many changes have been made to this standard that will affect organizations performing NDT around the world. According to the standard, companies have six months to comply with the new revision.

Draper NDT has made a document available to assist companies in compliance with the new revision. It is titled “Summary of Changes to NAS410 Rev.4” It follows the same format as the other “Summary of Changes” documents that have been released for ASTM E1444 and 1417. The document starts off with a review of the major changes that will most affect organizations, and gives examples of how the changes apply. There is also a table listing all of the changes, including reference paragraphs to both revision 3 and 4.

This document is available for $10.00 on their website at >> here .

It will be a valuable tool, saving you hours of sifting thru the revisions yourself.
