The 14th International Symposium on Nondestructive Characterization of Materials will be held at the Marina del Rey Marriott, in Marina del Rey California, during the week of June 22-26, 2015.
The unique focus of the symposium is the use of NDE methods as an investigation tool to determine and characterize materials properties and features detected within them. This event has attracted world renowned experts and the scientific and engineering community to discuss the latest developments and exchange ideas covering both theoretical and experimental work.
As the symposium is being held in the Los Angeles area, it was inevitable for the technical program to have a strong space related theme. The program includes nine submissions from NASA including the keynote, six from The Aerospace Corporation, and one relevant to the European landing on Comet 67P. In all, symposium have 70 entries so far, distributed among various advanced and cutting edge topics.
The preliminary program is made available through a new Web App provided by NDT.net.
Updates will be made to the program regularly when new information become available.
