CSWIP employer-specific NDT in compliance with ISO 9712

TWI Ltd (The Welding Institute)186, Great Abington, Cambridge, United Kingdom

Every company is different and sometimes off-the-shelf training and certification solutions cannot adequately cover the range of competence requirements an employer demands.

TWI offers bespoke training, competence assessment and certification tailored to a company’s specific business sector, products and in-house inspection requirements.

TWI works with the client company to develop a training syllabus and examination format for the company’s inspection personnel. Typically this would include procedures, written practices and scheme documentation unique to the company. CSWIP employer-specific schemes comply, as minimum, with ISO 9712 satisfying international standards and specification requirements.

CSWIP employer-specific certification offers the advantage that the company’s inspection personnel are assured as competent for the company's specific product form and inspection techniques. The CSWIP certificates bear the name and address of the employer and the certificate is non-transferable between similar product form companies, an advantage when considering staff retention and training costs.

Supported by TWI’s unmatched expertise and decades of experience, CSWIP employer-specific certification combines the targeted focus of an in-house scheme with the rigor and repute of third-party certification.
