TOFD 2.2 PRO Wireless System – Handy, Smart, Powerful equipment

Promprylad (OKO Association) announces our brand new model of TOFD systems: TOFD 2.2 PRO Wireless. All electronics is onboard the scanner. Due to Wi-Fi technology, an acquisition PC or Tab can be situated anywhere in the Wi-Fi range of scanner. This wireless System composition makes testing process much more comfortable.

Scanner is equipped with magnetic wheels making possible even upside-down scanning. Wheels blockers allow to leave scanner even on vertical surface. Scanner is designed in such a way that at fall down an impact comes to the scanner structure elements, saving the electronics. Probes are spring-loaded, and coupling liquid is being supplied under each probe individually. Scanner can work with different probe types – according to the testing object thickness. The onboard battery ensures up to 8 hours of operation and can be replaced with only one hand. The excellent software of TOFD 2.2 PRO System is both mouse and finger friendly. So, any type of acquisition PC can be used – tablet, laptop, desktop. Due to wide usage of setup elements libraries (transducers library, wedges library, geometry library, etc.), an operator can select ready-made settings blocks rather than setup each of them manually. This makes the setup process much faster and easier. Wide range of data analysis tools greatly help for data interpretation and evaluation.
