Imperium, Inc. Signs Strategic Distribution Agreement With Test Equipment Distributors, LLC

Aerospace, composites and automotive distributor to offer customers the Acoustocam i600 handheld imaging camera for immediate and accurate inspection

BELTSVILLE, Md., April 14 -- Imperium, Inc., the sole developer and manufacturer of ultrasound imaging cameras for Non-Destructive Inspection ("NDI") announced today the company has signed an United States distribution agreement with Test Equipment Distributors, LLC., (TED), a leading distributor of equipment and supply needs of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) professionals to diverse industries throughout the world, including a wide customers base of aerospace and automotive customers.

"There is a technology shift in the industry from using metals to composite materials, and we need to stay ahead of the market with products like the Acoustocam i600 for our customers," said Mike Hamel, President of TED. "The Acoustocam is a powerful, reliable technology for immediate, accurate testing of composite materials, and gives our customers the ability to scan large areas in a short amount of time."
