High-Speed Thermography in Megapixel Format - Thermography Camera ImageIR® by InfraTecInfraTec GmbH35, Dresden, Germany
Thoroughgoing quality, robustness and innovative technology – this is what the products of InfraTec’s high-end camera series ImageIR® stand for. For example, the high-resolution thermography camera ImageIR® 9300 is equipped with a cooled focal-plane-array photon detector of the latest generation and a format of (1,280 x 1,024) IR pixels, which is a four times higher resolution than other available first class models can display. These thermographic systems are conceived for applications with highest demands in the fields of research and development, non-destructive material testing and process monitoring.
The integrated MIT function allows for more dynamic operation and wider temperature ranges by using multiple integration times. Conventional processes only use one integration time for their measurement range, whereas the MIT function uses multiple calibrated integration times for its measurement range in order to effect an extension of the display range. In combination with the outstanding thermal resolution of 0.02 K, very high frame rates of up to 390 Hz and extremely short integration times of only a few microseconds, this camera offers you a whole new range of applications
An optionally integrated trigger and process interface guarantees a repeatable high-precision triggering of quick procedures. Two configurable digital in- and outputs each serve as control ports for the camera or as generator of digital control signals for external devices.
The versatile assortment of exchangeable radiometric infrared lenses ranges from tele, normal and wide-angle lenses to macro and microscopy lenses. This makes the adjustment of the image field to almost every measurement situation possible. Extensive detailed images of electrical assemblies and components with a pixel size of up to 2 μm can be generated with the aid of the 8-times microscope. All exchangeable standard full-optics of the ImageIR® can be equipped with a motorised focus unit, which is operated from the camera's application software. It allows for quick, precise and remotely controllable motorised focusing and is part of the available auto-focus feature.
