Comparison of DFA and PA from Acoustic Control Systems Ltd.Acoustic Control Systems Ltd.20, Moscow, Russia
A new report was added to the section describing the device A1550 IntroVisor. The report drawn up by the specialists of «Acoustic Control Systems» Ltd., containing a brief description and a comparison of the DFA technology implemented in the tomograph A1550 IntroVisor and phased array (РА) technology realized in opponent instruments – «Comparison of the systems for ultrasonic inspection of solid objects where phased antenna arrays (PA) and digitally focused antenna arrays (DFA) are used».
The document contains the basic physical principles that describe the actions of DFA and PA technologies. A variety of advantages of DFA system over the PA technology where shown in the process of collection and handling of data at the moment of forming the internal structure of the inspected object.
