Digital Wave Corporation announces the release of the new UE23 Ultrasonic DOT cylinder testing machine. With a smaller footprint than the Digital Wave UE1 model, the UE23 has been specifically designed to handle smaller cylinders. This is done via utilizing a water column created by its UE squirter design, as opposed to full immersion technology.
The UE23 is versatile enough to accommodate diverse testing needs across all cylinder types. However, the UE23 is ideal for facilities that test 2001,000 cylinders per month or up to 4,000 Med Es monthly (up to 60 M6/Med E or 6 T/K size per hour). It maintains the same easy setup, consistent cal-in and cal-out and the largest range of applicable cylinder sizes as the UE1 model. This is all done via a single tech operating under the certification of Digital Wave. From steel to aluminum to exemption cylinders, the UE23 can handle all configurations. Full digital reports are also provided for precise information gathering and digital tracking.
