New developments for Immersion Ultrasonic Inspection Technique from Dr. Hillger

Hillger Ing. Büro56, Braunschweig, Germany

Immersion Technique Systems

Our new immersion technique systems ImmersionScan FB-500 with 0,5 x 0,5 m² and FB-1000 UG with 1,0 x 1,2 m² scan area enable extreme high resolutions (from 50 µm step size and frequencies up to 200 MHz). An extension option is a water management module consisting out of a pump, a water tank, filter and a hand-guided water jet for air bubble removal.

Probe Adapter LIUS

Our probe adapter LIUS in combination with our mobile inspection system MUSE enables a high-resolution in-service inspection with frequencies up to 65 MHz. In the LIUS adapter even focused immersion probes up to 50 MHz can be used.
