EDMONTON, AB, CANADA: JIREH has developed an automated corrosion mapping solution capable of operating on surfaces up to 350°C (662°F).
No duty cycling is required with the SKOOT - HT (High Temperature) thanks to the new cooling system. Coolant flows to the crawler and 600 mm (24 in) raster arm, allowing UT inspection on scan surfaces with temperatures as high as 350°C (662°F). The remote handheld controller allows the programming of precise raster paths as well as variable speed control of the SKOOT crawler. Powerful magnetic wheels allow scanning on horizontal, vertical, and inverted ferrous surfaces while specially designed cable management protects and organizes hoses and cables.
